The power of simplicity

Do we really take the time to enjoy the simplest things anymore?
Like just going into the garden and just… a moment of silence,
of conscious breathing and relaxation, where you don’t have to do anything.
A real break.
One where you don’t have to demand anything of yourself.

Conscious breathing and letting go

I then consciously choose to bring my attention to my breathing.
To turn all my senses inward.
To let go of everything from the outside.
To allow self-love.
And to invite my true self to come forward, just to be.

A moment for yourself

Then you immediately feel: I am everything.
And at the same time, there is nothing that really matters anymore.
That one moment of silence brings you back to yourself.

Recharged and ready to continue

And when you are recharged, you can just continue.
Like I’m sitting outside writing this post now, exactly in this spot, haha.
