I still remember a coaching session with a CEO, stressed, lost, and suddenly indecisive. Entangled in thoughts, he believed everything had to be solved with a plan. After a brief conversation and an energy exercise, he suddenly realized that he already held all the answers within himself, but hadn’t dared to listen to his intuition.
